We Are Building the Largest AI Campus Africa Has Ever Seen.

One thousand acres. Ten purpose-built data centers. 1.4 gigawatts of dedicated AI computing power. A campus designed from the ground up for the most demanding GPU workloads on the planet. Located in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Opening in 2026.

The world's AI industry is facing a crisis it rarely talks about publicly. The models that power ChatGPT, Gemini, and every other AI product you use today were trained on machines consuming more electricity than entire cities. The next generation of models will need ten times more. And the data centers that exist today simply cannot provide it.

The Numbers

AI labs, cloud providers, and GPU operators are searching the globe for facilities that can handle what is coming. Most of what they find is inadequate, oversubscribed, or years away from delivery.

Project Endeavour is the answer. A new kind of AI infrastructure campus, purpose-built for the compute demands of the next decade, located in one of the world's most strategically advantaged energy corridors, and delivered by a team that has already built over 10 gigawatts of hyperscale infrastructure for the world's leading technology companies.

  • 1,000 Acres Total campus footprint in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
  • 1.4GW Total AI compute capacity across the full campus
  • 10 Purpose-built single-story liquid-cooled data centers
  • 3.7 Million Square feet of total data hall space across the campus
  • 140MW Capacity delivered per phase, with 10 phases in total
  • 1,000kW Maximum power density per rack, supporting next-generation GPU clusters
  • H2 2026 Target delivery date for the first operational building
  • 2030 Full campus completion and operational target
01. The Location

Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. The Smartest Place on Earth to Build This.

Great infrastructure starts with great location decisions. We didn't choose Ibeju-Lekki because it was convenient. We chose it because it is strategically, energetically, and logistically the best place in Africa to build a gigawatt-scale AI campus.

Ibeju-Lekki is home to the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Company, the world's largest single-train oil refinery, producing 650,000 barrels per day. Running beneath it is the world's largest subsea natural gas pipeline. We sit adjacent to this energy complex, giving us direct access to abundant, cost-competitive natural gas that cannot be replicated anywhere else on the continent. We are not a customer of Nigeria's power grid. We are our own power company.

Nigeria is served by eight international submarine cables, including Google's Equiano cable and 2Africa, the longest submarine cable in the world, which landed in Lagos in 2024. Our campus connects to all of them through dual long-haul fiber routes, three Meet-Me-Rooms per building, and a fully carrier-neutral design that gives customers complete control over their network.

The campus sits approximately one hour from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, making it accessible for global teams within a single day's travel from anywhere in the world. The Lekki Deep Seaport, one of Africa's most capable ports, sits adjacent to the campus, enabling direct import of heavy infrastructure equipment without long overland logistics chains.

Lagos is the economic capital of Africa's most populous country and the commercial heart of the fastest-growing digital market on the planet. The African AI economy is not a future projection. It is happening now. Endeavour is positioned at its centre.

Why Endeavour Leads Today's Infrastructure Investment Landscape

AI is not a technology trend. It is the defining infrastructure investment of the next 30 years. And the single most valuable asset in the AI infrastructure stack is not the chips. It is not the software. It is reliable, scalable, independently controlled power connected to the world's fastest networks.

1. Structural Cost Advantage Because we own our fuel source and generate our own electricity, we offer long-term price stability that grid-dependent competitors simply cannot match. Our customers sign long-term contracts, typically 10 to 20 years, because AI infrastructure is not something you move once it is running. This creates predictable, long-duration revenue streams anchored to contracts with the world's most well-capitalised technology companies.

2. First Mover Advantage Endeavour is Africa's first hyperscale AI campus purpose-built for GPU computing. There is no comparable facility on the continent. The customers who secure capacity now are locking in a position in an asset that cannot be replicated quickly, cheaply, or easily.

3. A Market That Is Just Beginning Africa's digital economy is growing faster than any other region in the world. The demand for AI compute, cloud infrastructure, and data sovereignty will only accelerate over the coming decade. Endeavour is positioned at the centre of that growth, in the continent's largest economy, in its most strategically connected city.

4. Global Standards. African Opportunity. Our technology stack is built to U.S. standards. Our team has delivered 10GW+ globally. Our certifications meet the requirements of the world's most demanding enterprise customers. We bring everything that has worked in the most advanced data center markets in the world, and we are deploying it in a market where the opportunity is enormous and the competition is almost nonexistent.
